Shipping Policy

At Hungry Fish, we carefully prepare every order to make sure your fishing gear arrives ready to perform. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

We are happy to send your order(s) within the United States or to APO/FPO addresses and Canada. Please note that we do not ship internationally (other than Canada).

We ship orders from our warehouse Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow for 1 additional Business Day to process your order. Orders placed after 1 PM EST Friday may not ship until the next business day.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Fishing Season Demand


During peak fishing seasons or promotions, processing times may extend slightly due to high demand—but we always work to ship as fast as possible.

Damaged or Missing Items


If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Incorrect Address


Please double-check your shipping address. Hungry Fish is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages


If your package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact the carrier first. If you still need help, reach out to us—we’ll do our best to assist.
