This is our heritage
Fishing has been a shared love in my family for generations in Eastern Europe. Along with that tradition came classic groundbait (think of it as European-style chum) with recipes passed down from one generation to the next. I grew up around them, learning the old world approach to making bait the right way.
When I moved to the U.S., I saw an opportunity to adapt those traditions for American waters. That is when the real journey began.
The journey
In my own kitchen, I started experimenting. Crushed grains, fresh baked goods, and endless testing with natural aromas. I believed fish could tell the difference between chemicals and real food, and I was determined to prove it.
Batch after batch, through plenty of trial and error, I refined every recipe and tested them on lakes and rivers across the country.
